Homan O’Brien Associates acted as lead Mechanical, Electrical and Vertical transport design consultants on this project. The project comprised of 5 towers ranging in height from 24 to 50 storeys. The scheme comprised of 1,475 residential units with a total area of 2.6 million square feet.
